1 Shortage of space . Area under ASI, SPS structure can be made on the existing build up area and future plan have been made to increase the intake capacity by 500.
2 Strengthening Placement Cell, Track of Alumni A dedicated Placement Officer, IT infrastructure at Institute Level, Centralized Monitoring Cell at HQ through ILO.
3 Control of Drop Outs Spot admission through centralized admission Centre to fill up vacancies. Survey of Drop out through Institute or through NGOs to find out the reason for it.
4 Delay in Engaging Guest Faculty/PTI A pool of Guest faculty/PTI to be made at HQ well before the start of the session and Principal to be given power to engage them immediately.
5 No control on PWD and quality of items being used are not as per prevailing standard. Monitoring at Institute Level, release of Payment to contractor by PWD after satisfactory report from Institute.
